Fannie May Fundraiser
need your support! The Friends of the Green Hills Public Library
is hosting a fundraiser.
Stop in and pick up a Fannie May candy bar for just $1.00. There
are a variety of flavors and no limit to how many you can purchase!
Purchases can be made in the Friends Bookstore on the ground level or at
the Circulation Desk on the 2nd floor.
New voter? Change of
address or name? The Library has several staff members on-site
that are able to register you to vote. Stop in or call (708)

Extended Friday Hours
We are listening to you! We are pleased
to announce that we will be extending our Friday hours to 9:00pm
starting Friday, December 6. We will be hosting special events on
select Friday evenings as well so look out for those in the Winter 2014
newsletter, which will be mailed out in mid-November.

directly onto your device. Titles will automatically expire at the
end of the lending period and there are no late fees. You can even

Public Fax and Scanner
The Library now has a fax
and scanner available for public use. Scan documents and photos to
a USB device, printer, or email address for free. Fax service is
available for $1.00 per page.
Paper Retriever Program
Recycling is one of the
simplest things you can do to reduce waste and conserve resources.
Look for the green and yellow bin in the South parking lot. There
you can deposit all your household paper: newspapers, catalogs,
magazines, old mail and school/office papers. Not only does this
benefit our planet as a whole, but the Library as well!
Museum Adventure Pass
The Museum Adventure Pass allows free
entry to many museums in the area including Brookfield Zoo, Chicago
Botanic Garden, Oak Lawn Children's Museum, and more! Click
