The Library encourages teachers to submit assignment alerts on a regular basis. With this information, the Youth Services Department will be able to set aside necessary materials for students and assist them in their research process. The Assignment Alert Form can be submitted online.
Classes from local schools and other youth organizations are welcome to visit the Library for an orientation and tour. Library staff are also available to visit your school for special events. Both of these services are a great chance to interact with Library staff and learn about what the Library can offer to students, parents, and teachers. To arrange a tour and/or school visit, please contact Youth Services at least two weeks ahead of time. You can also submit your information and a staff member will be in touch. The Library Tour & School Visit Request Form can be submitted online.
