Program Registration

Starting with September 2024 programs, registration will be handled on a brand-new site called LibraryCalendar. This new site is user-friendly and offers a streamlined experience for browsing the program calendar, signing up for programs, keeping track of registrations, and more.

Registration for programs in the September/October newsletter begins on Monday, August 19 at 10am for GHPLD cardholders.  In an effort to ensure that our residents are given preference for programs, your 14-digit Library card number and PIN will be required at the time of registration.  Non-residents may register for programs one week after registration opens to GHPLD cardholders.

If you don’t have a Library card but live in the District, visit the Patron Services Desk with one document establishing residency and a photo ID.  Library cards and available to all residents and there is no minimum age requirement, but applicants under the age of 18 require a parent or guardian to be present.
